i tend to work like this as well, but weeks instead of months. it is really tough! i get very obsessive with whatever i’m doing and there is a long history of artists working with cofounders! generally it’s a wife who takes care of everything from feeding the artist to all the admin work and arranging gallery shows accepting resumes if anyone is interested in this unpaid position 😎
