LI.FI just closed a $29 million Series A extension to scale its cross chain routing and liquidity toolkit, which means apps on Base can hook into more bridges and DEX routes with a single integration. This reduces engineering time for multi chain flows and makes seamless swaps more practical for users. 
If you build on Base, integrate and test routed flows now. Measure slippage and failure paths, keep a small execution wallet for quick moves, and log every bridge step so you can reconcile costs and refunds when routes change. Those operational checks turn convenience into a reliable product.
