The ABC of Business Development in Web3 most people overcomplicate it It’s not talking to every project or everyone Only 3 fundamentals: > A ➜ Access not just talking to people but knowing who to talk to. Leverage > Effort Build win-win access that extend reach. (E.g Polygon partnering with Starbucks) > B ➜ Bets 99% of projects never survive the next meta. making smart bets on who you partner with is very important. Connect projects that makes product more accessible, usable, sticky. (E.g Uniswap integrating Metamask) >C ➜ Compounding Announcements are cool but not enough Partnerships compounds. 1 small integration → 3 new intros → 9 communities. using campaigns x Grants that’s how most projects build ecosystems. (E.g Arbitrum & Avalanche incentive programs) Will be diving into more details on how to become a BDM and positioning with a project in web3 Stay tuned ⚡
