Leverage > Effort Build win-win access that extend reach. Connect projects that makes product more accessible, usable, sticky. (E.g Uniswap integrating Metamask) >C ➜ Compounding Announcements are cool but not enough Partnerships compounds. 1 small integration → 3 new intros → 9 communities. using campaigns x Grants that’s how most projects build ecosystems.
