don’t even get off the mat just asanas -> meditate. but if there’s one thing i wanna do when i get up in the morning it’s s t r e t c h so ymmv
also lower the bar. five or ten minutes might feel like nothing but it does the important work of getting you in the habit ✌🏾🧘🏾♀️
