Sadly, no! Publishing CD-ROMs was niche even back then, and frankly it wasn't always a satisfying experience to consume the content, either. I saw some of Maeda's Reactive Books in 2000, but I don't think they were for general sale. I did pick up a copy of Maeda @ Media in 1996 and devoured it for inspirations, though.
