Today’s lunch is: 
Hiyashi Chūka
This is a Chinese Style Japanese dish and consists in cold noodles with various toppings: cucumber, ham, crab, eggs, but you can put on this whatever you like I guess 😅 
I season with cold soy sauce and rice vinegar, someone put mayo on top but I’m avoiding fats recently 😉
