The moment I laid down she started feeling my limbs and body parts, calling out unknown terminology:
“Left-Right heel mobility is good,
left-Right tonicity in all toes is good, left/right lateral ankle mild drop —
Musculoskeletal:
Left Pes Anserinus are restricted, left lower sacrum restricted at left trochanter, ight hip is low forward and weak, left hip is high posterior with a lumbar spasm…”
It went on like this for a good while and I was thinking “oh boy, I had no idea I was in such bad shape…”. She must have recorded the session as I got a detailed report about it later that night.
She continued playing my muscles like a string, bent me this way and that way, at one point she must have sat on top of me and I have no clue how as I didn’t feel her weight. There were moments were I was tapping out because the pain was too much to handle with breathing alone. And then there were moments of relaxation.
Moral of the story, never judge a book
