Any good tutorials for rotating wallets effectively? 

Thinking from a wallet security perspective/best practices

More so was thinking about rotating wallets 

Like ways to ensure you reduce the surface area for drains. 

I've even considered starting fresh with a new seed phrase for some wallets and transferring assets so I can ensure I follow good practices from day 1

In what sense? Like best practices for hot wallets, keys, etc?

Essentially if I thinking about ensuring security by some way or to evaluate (ex: revoke unnecessary signatures) or starting fresh with wallets to ensure my security is correct as I move forward

If revoke all signatures should be good. I would have multiple wallets and utilize one as the one you don't keep a lot of assets in and only use for when connecting to dApps.

What you need help with? Do this for a fund.

I am a big fan of the hot/cold wallet setup. Cold wallet never signs anything. It only sends funds to hot wallets, where you can see the decoded transaction clearly. Hot wallets go out and interact with contracts, mints NFTs, sign stuff, etc. and then transfers assets back to cold wallet
