I think they don't disclose themselves, regardless of listing. E.g. they quietly accumulate first, and only then announce the listing. Otherwise they'd simply paying more to buy some stock, since $DOG doesn't pay or provide it to them.

reflection on @base growth:

when we launched the @farcon precommit in february, we required the 20 USDC deposit on Base.

people were annoyed. we had to include directions on how to get USDC on Base (CB wallet or bungee.exchange and then bungee got hacked fml).

now ~6mo later, USDC on Base is pretty much the default.

It’s ok to take profits but I’m sticking to my plan - HODL $DOG ✊

when I finish all my work, I love just randomly discovering things being built on @base and minting/playing/using them. 

kind of indescribable feeling of joy experiencing someone else's creativity onchain. some of my favorite moments.
