Emotional Integration, to me, means experiencing and expressing emotions so that they can become a storehouse of wisdom.
I recommend looking at the Bioemotive Framework by Doug Tataryn for some more insight into it.
It also means reframing/cleaning subconscious memories that have been coloured by emotions so that you can have the wisdom of your pain without holding onto it anymore. (Recommend looking into Timeline Therapy by Tad James)
