I took my first cold shower in almost a year.

Painful during that moment, but wowow did I feel great afterwards. Going to try to continue this cycle for better skin, stronger immune system, improved circulation, etc.

I would highly recommend it if you haven’t already. Seriously so worth it.

Here in skandinavia,  we have lots doing winter bath, a Quick swim in the beach in winter.

Yeah well y’all in those snow countries are built DIFFERENT 😂 you guys do winter baths as your hot tubs 😹😹😹😹😹
