got a friend working at a crypto company that feels super sus.
endless insider gossip, obsessive conversations about who's the CMO, CTO, CEO β like those titles actually mean anything.
constant talk about how easy it is to scale and ascend into those key roles (a sign of a very unhealthy company).
they're hyped about the job, the team, the money β and i'm happy for all that, truly.
but from the outside, it's giving heaaavy pyramid vibes.
feels like they've been sugarcoated into a scheme without even realizing, and now they're being talked to invest in the next thing, as the founders are constantly creating new companies (!!!).
i don't say much beacuse i don't wanna be the hater and they're making good money, tbh.
they've been there for about a year, party with the team, rave with the CEOs, see them doing drugs and all...maybe that's just how they roll, and i'm just paranoid.
still, it feels like a big red flag.
