Today's Puzzle: I'm a bigger fan of Connections but I've started doing the Crossword, so I thought I would give one a try. 100 degen to the fastest to solve (Also need to like and recast to be eligible. 😞)

Well done!! But you were beat out by about 5 minutes. 😩

White is not correct tho, but you only needed the missing word?

Black is the absence of all colors, but the word doesn't match.

That’s true. This clue and the Grapevine singer were intentionally designed to be misleading to delay the solve. Both clues could have multiple answers but only one each that fit the puzzle.
