what’s the longest amount of time you will give before assuming someone is a no show? (on zoom, google meets, etc)

Maybe 7 minutes top to respect others who may be in the call. If it is a one on one, I'd go a bit more (depending on my interest). Being late imo is unacceptable. If the late individual contacts and explains lateness things could change.
