💯 Another easy thing I did was make an alarming amount of pork carnitas, split into a few bags and freeze. Take it out in the morning then by dinner I just reheat, warm tortillas and cut some topping 👌🏼

I wish I could say I grew this one from scratch but I actually just got it online somewhere. It started as a little guy, maybe 6 inches but now I have so much that I have a whole gallon jar just sitting around and then what's in the video

I've never had flavorless radishes🤷🏻‍♀️ I would say they have kind of a peppery flavor A friend of mine swears but butter and peanut butter in her dates with a sprinkle or sea salt. She always days it tastes like cookies 🍪

Obviously good meals and quality ingredients but after that Epsom salt bath and magnesium supplements are my top choices. Another daily thing I do, not just for recovery but more so overall health, is powder colostrum

I eat sooo many dates at the end of pregnancies and hate them so much but way people rave about butter and dates has me actually wanting to try it. I also, saw someone do sliced raw radishes with butter and I'm intrigued to try that
