It was in Polish, so I don't think so. 

tl;dr I did research on how does information-dense environment influence levels of understanding complex concepts. 

my thesis was that social media are making people think more shallowly and my research supported it

it was a pretty contrarian view back then. not many papers about this subject existed, with the most famous one focusing on relationships between Facebook usage and narcissism.

i started writing the thesis two years before Tristan Harris left Google and started educating the world about the problems with ad-based business models :)

Aside from Farcaster I am very bearish on feed-based social apps, and super bullish on groupchat-based social apps (Telegram/WhatsApp/Discord etc.)

not really, there used to be a Facebook group called Friends of Time Well Spent ran by Tristan Harris but it was about a decade ago...

I got to the point where I just want to limit my own usage and build better alternatives. 

This is why I worked on Kiwi and this is why I use Farcaster - i think that different monetization models for social media can solve at least some of these problems.
