needed a new id. opened our e-citizen app, clicked 'apply for a new id' and it fetched my personal data from gov servers. it just asked me for a new photo (took it with my phone) and where do i want to pick it up when it's ready. i signed everything via my banking account. everything took 3 minutes. i love poland.
