I cannot remember the last time I slept for more than 4 hours. Yesterday, I nearly did 10 hours. Maybe because I punched so hard on Farcaster and X yesterday. I'm up for the day's goals. GM buddies. Hope y'all are good? Chao

First, that's for people who have money. Second, medical practitioners and health personnels that advised us as such so do not get that much of rest. Whatever you do, just don't be far from fruits, vegetables and vitamins
