probably very smart, sports will continue to perform well across the board

yeah I'm assuming this gives zero influence and is just about acquiring a financial stake in potentially undervalued teams

What’s not clear to me is how much influence a minority stake gives you over operations—being able to improve that is the bread and butter of trad PE
