feels like a wonderful time for a high agency person even with no experience in it to raise hundreds of millions to build such a mass driver imo

it would incredible if the country accomplished nationwide high-speed rail.

my not-so-secret dream is that the U.S. is first to build a mass driver and drop the cost of orbital launch magnitudes beyond any VTVL-SHLV.

also modern train lines whether for people or goods should be built on/adjacent the highway lines as well
