Worldcoin almost has a "fait accompli" smell to it, where everyone's just going to drill the concept into the overton window that we need biometric surveillance providers. there's a lot of unexplored structure that handles low-uniqueness/good faith inputs. the fixation on KYC-but-zkp is belied by the trust assumption
