So with NFTs basically shitting the bed recently…what are people buidling that’s going to bring the next big wave in NFTs?

desired utility was so frowned upon in bull market.

it would be nice to see more NFTs, wrt utility, abstract away more offchain interactions, in addition to novel primitives like TBAs (e.g. dynamic NFTs w/ geolocation, proof of impact, reputation, etc)

Oh I remember reading about this. It’s never been quite clear to me what the use case is for this though. What could this unlock?

depending on how strenuous finality is, this is in line with other custodial primitives like ERC-4626. essentially NFTs can be first-class citizens, e.g. a multiDAO entity that's transferrable (or not) that can make use of voting power (or not). could be interesting in RPGs as well (e.g. character sheets w/ inventory)

not necessarily, it just needs a recognizable schema.

Seems like this needs an identity component to unlock its true power.
