I don't think traditional all-or-nothing opt-in is sufficient to meet the demand.

I just finished a roadtrip visiting 28 factories in 14 days, here are the takeaways from the shop floor:

- Retirements = knowledge crisis
- Schools &amp; shops don’t speak the same language
