i got into crypto for sci-fi grade, cypherpunk technologies

as products, those seem unattainable, unattractive and far fetched

and the stablecoin type applications or defi-in-the-back types seem too boring to excite me anymore 

where do we go from here

I'm reminded of the ending to the Epic of Gilgamesh, with Gilgamesh and Urshanabi taking in the greatness of Uruk, with all its structures.

crypto is by no means discovered. we don't yet have a city of protocols, where all layers of activity are trivially onchain.

I also think we're recuperating from a period of bad faith, like the enforcement against algostable primitives like Opyn's.
nobody said it was going to be easy, but there are hidden pockets of innovation, and more of the ecosystem will be inspired and urged as the epiphany sets in.
