Lately, sleep has been so hard to come by. I try but to no avail. It’s affecting everything, my focus, my energy, even my peace. And when I do sleep, it doesn’t last long. It’s frustrating 😓

Have you tried drinking hot tea or warm milk? It cuddles sleep. Eating two hot boiled eggs also works for me.

So sorry b. You should try some relaxation techniques and also stay away from your screen like 30minutes before going to bed. If you’re a Muslim,you should try reciting dhikr too.
