Some of you reached out in DMs with questions and concerns about in-app transactions, especially why certain actions require a transaction confirmation. We want to explain this clearly and transparently. The FasterTasks contract is designed so that critical actions are handled fully on-chain. When you verify a task or later claim your rewards, you are interacting directly with the smart contract ••• not just clicking a UI button. Regarding costs, let’s be very clear: the fee for these transactions is around $0.0002, as shown in the attached video. This happens on the Base network and is practically negligible. This design is intentional and important: • It prevents task farming with bots or scripts • It ensures rewards are fair, verifiable, and trustless • It removes reliance on centralized databases or manual decisions for sensitive flows On security: everything is fully transparent. All contract code is public and verifiable, all rewards are distributed on-chain, and nothing happens off-chain behind the scenes. We deliberately chose this architecture to make FasterTasks a sustainable, abuse-resistant system ••• even if it means one extra transaction confirmation. In the long run, this protects real users, not farmers. If you have more feedback or questions, feel free to reach out. The system improves with your input.
