Someone gave me this and called it abacha fondly called African Salad, that she got it when she traveled out of the country. To be honest with you, I have not gotten the idea of how to prepare this. Any time I touched it, it always feels like a sponge. Who knows about it should help me on how to prepare this particular thing please

I have eaten Abacha once but I don't know how it's prepared. You can check YouTube for it

You will need to soak it inside hot water first then prepare it the normal way after it softens
