🔥 Sometimes, the healer is hurting too.

It’s wild how I can comfort people while quietly battling storms no one sees.

How I can be the calm in other people’s chaos while my own life feels like it’s on fire.

But maybe that’s how life works. Those who have tasted pain deeply know how to hold others gently.

If you’re out there, giving your best to people while you’re burning inside, I see you.

🩶 You’re allowed to rest too.
🩶 You’re allowed to heal too.

The fire won’t last forever.
