hi frens. today, i’m going to be vocal about my struggle cause this is my safe space. my dad passed away one year ago today. i really wish i could bring him back. i’ve been struggling mentally for a year now. high functioning depression, thanks dad :’) i try to show up as my best self everyday because i don’t have a choice (he came to me in my sleep a week after he died and said i should stay alive for him) + he did not raise a quitter. i miss you every second dad and i hope you’re resting peacefully 🕊️❤️

You've been doing so well bae, your dad is super proud of you....just keep going, through the highs and lows...cause the lows of our lives give more meaning to the highs. We love you bae, take care of yourself and your mental health
