i just deleted that stupid matching game app from my ipad, the one with the king youve gotta save every 20 levels or so, 'cause I just realized it was siphoning my energy

Hmm that’s not a bad idea, but I already thought of a way (as soon as I saw your post😭) I’ll only play the game when I’ve completed a set of tasks I’ll set for myself for the day, idk how yet but I’ll try

they have some of the best marketing/psyop (same thing) development out there 

Have you tried time restricting the app? It helped for a long time, before I just pulled the plug.
