Runners, what would you do? A friend of mine is running his first half marathon and asked me to join. Of course, I said yes! But now I'm torn—I'm much faster than him (weird flex, but true). 😅
Should I go for a new PR since I feel up for it, or should I pace him and support him instead?

As far as I know, the Norwegian 4 x 4 exercise routine is the most efficient way to boost VO2 max. There is a study that shows doing that training once a week improves VO2 max by 5-10% over a few months.
In addition to that, you can try red beet juice. That is known for widening your blood vessels so more blood and oxygen can be transported to your muscles, which increases performance and therefore improves VO2 max.

First Airline offers an 'All You Can Fly' package, but here’s why I’m passing on it:
Sure, booking only 3 days in advance and relying on available seats isn't grat but would be manageable for me.
But to truly take advantage of it, my work would suffer. While remote work is possible, my productivity would definitely take a hit. At this stage of my business, I can’t afford that.
Would you book it and why?
