An encrypted public mempool would not enshrine @shutter
in the Ethereum transaction supply chain.
Fairblock, @nillion, @litprotocol, SpaceComputer and others are interested in becoming en/decryption service providers.
Expect many competing MPC, FHE & TEE solutions.
