The last 48 hours I’ve learned the downside of running your business on a third-party platform… it’s like building your house on someone else’s lawn. When they don’t answer the door, you’re stuck outside. I’m frustrated and so sorry to our ON AIR members who can’t access all of our content, since my video management and booking software Arketa hasn’t responded to my multiple customer support messages. These studio management platforms are really terrible, have you ever used Mindbody? The worst. It’s really time for to build something better. But first, problem solving. 🫠🧘🏻♀️
