How it works:
- Checkin daily (30min walk or 2hr powerlifting sesh) 
- Move up the leaderboard (Farcaster community is a vibe)
- Challenge friends (Get social e.g "I challenge userX to do 20 pushups")

I haven’t lifted a weight or exercised  all year… I’m almost 50 and def need to take better care of myself… so here it goes. 

I’ve accepted the challenge from @boyas.eth to do 10 push ups. 

Ha thanks for going easy on me for my first @griv … maybe I’ll get to 100 again one day
