Eat only 3-4 times a day and never between, in calorie deficit. Don't even need to move. It is just thermodynamics, if you introduce less energy than you spend, you will lose weight. Doing exercise is good for your body, but when it comes to losing weight it can make you eating more if you increase it too fast.
