Some Iranians who fled Tehran during the Israeli-U.S. attack on their country are hesitant to return home amid what they view as a fragile ceasefire with an adversary in whom they have little or no trust.

My mother-in-law and other members of my wife's family have yet to return from the rural village where they sought safety. But lack of access to prescription medications and healthcare resources outside Tehran may prompt some to return sooner than they want.
