👍 😍 👍 Here’s a quick vegetable dish recipe: take 2 zucchinis, 1 carrot, 1 bell pepper, 1 onion, 2 garlic cloves, chop everything into cubes, heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a pan, sauté the onion and garlic until golden, add the carrot and cook for 5 minutes, then toss in the zucchinis and bell pepper, season with salt and pepper, simmer on medium heat for 10-15 minutes until soft, sprinkle with fresh herbs (parsley or dill) at the end—simple, tasty, and healthy! #vegetarian #healthyfood #quickrecipe #veggies #homecooking😍 😍 😍 0 reply

Friends, today we’re making a juicy baked salmon with veggies! You’ll need: salmon fillet – 500 g, broccoli – 200 g, cauliflower – 200 g, lemon – 1 pc., olive oil – 3 tbsp, garlic – 2 cloves, salt, pepper, dried thyme – to taste. Here’s how to do it: preheat the oven to 200°C, rinse and pat dry the salmon fillet, place it on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Break the broccoli and cauliflower into florets, blanch them in salted water for 3-4 minutes, then drain. Arrange the veggies next to the salmon, drizzle everything with olive oil, squeeze the juice of half a lemon over it, sprinkle with minced garlic, salt, pepper, and thyme. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the salmon is tender and the veggies are slightly golden. Serve hot, garnished with lemon slices – it’s healthy and insanely delicious! What do you think of this dinner?
