People want faster shipping speeds, but they prefer cheaper prices over shipping speed. This is why companies like Temu do so well. If you have to pick one, focus on pricing over shipping speed. It usually increases conversions.

Temu didn’t win by delivering fast. They won by making “cheap” feel like a feature, not a flaw. If your product isn’t a need-it-now, stop racing the UPS truck, and fix your pricing strategy.
