Having visibility as a black woman on @farcaster is so hard. Tell me how many black women you see on the leaderboard top ten? Racism is rampant here and i hate that

Don't think it's necessarily racism, plenty of black people here with good engagement You just need more time, better content and more connections What I do believe, is that it's harder for poor people to get far on the app. But that doesn't mean it's impossible.
