The Case for Burning 🔥

Burning permanently removes these tokens from circulation.

Total $LSK supply drops, potentially making the token scarcer. But it also means fewer resources for growing the ecosystem.

The DAO has the option to accept or reject the 100M $LSK burn proposal.

1⃣ Accept: 100M $LSK are burned, reducing total supply by 25 percent to 300M.
2⃣ Reject: The 100M $LSK stay in the DAO treasury with a 7-year vesting plan.
