Itโ€™s subscription fatigue, essentially Then: i.e. DVDs in a world where ownership was cumbersome, streaming was a great innovation that made sense Now: in a world where I have to pay for rent for everything- itโ€™d be nice to own the digital land I plow on once again.

True. Even when I "purchase" movie on Amazon, if I cancel my subscription I can no longer access the movie. Yes, this stings. I see my dusty DVDs and VHS cassettes with much nostalgia. I may head to the antique store this weekend for a player. ๐Ÿ˜Ž๐Ÿ’œ
