I used to hang out in a “restaurant alley” just south of Kita Senju station, but honestly I gotta imagine that these kinds of streets are all over.
If you can, ask a local their fav place. They will take you to a super cheap, super delicious place.
For popular stuff: Senso-Ji and Meiji Jingu shrines are amazing. And One Piece Tower of course!!!
