omg these look soooo good i never heard of ube until @jacy brought us some ube cookies at eth denver and they were maybe the most delicious thing i've eaten all year

this reminds me of the sweet potato milshake they had a limited edition of in Japan and it tasted... weird haha

Yeah sweet potato is not always a great ingredient…but Ube is a lot lighter and sweeter and has a distinctive taste. It’s awesome for milkshakes, ice cream, pancakes, and lattes ;)
