So haven’t read Proust yet AND verbosity can be amusing when it’s well done.  When it’s grammatical diarrhea not so much.

I am 200 pages into Proust and...idk, I kinda like the looots of word for very little happening. It's perfect antidote to the world online.

Imagine a time before paper was available - very hard to write your thoughts down.

But writing allows you to fully explore and share your thoughts.  And other things, too.

Cheap, plentiful paper was just as much a technological revolution as blockchain.

I now would like to know about this book.

Never really even thought about thinking… on paper. One would think that has been around since the dawn of time.. 🧐
