Hey @farcaster fam

Just noticed some strange transactions on my Farcaster in app wallet. Apparently there's a drainer targeting peoples tokens in the Farcaster wallet. The person has been trying to move USDC from my wallet but unfortunately I have no USDC left for the drainer to move.

This is particularly surprising cos I have not exported this wallet to any other app. I only use it on Farcaster and so the only interaction it has with other apps is via the @farcaster mini apps.

Even though I suffered no loss from this drainer as at the time of posting this, a look through the base address of the drainer on basescan shows many wallets have been drained of valuable assets.

Anyone who has a solution on how to stop this drainer from my wallet should kindly let me know in the comments.

These are fake events that try to trick a user into thinking these were real txns (so user might think it's a real address they interacted with in the past and potentially accidentally send funds to it). More info here if helpful. Basically your funds aren't being drained

This is very helpful @linda. Basically my wallet has been poisoned and I have to be careful when moving funds in and out of the wallet...
