Question about building an audience: I love 1-on-1 chats & teaching (I’ve organised meet-ups and spoken at conferences), but filming myself or blogging unprompted still feels weird. Yet I’m set on growing an audience this year. How do you choose topics people actually care about? Any low-spotlight, pull-based formats you’d recommend?

Don’t choose topics people care about. Choose topics you care about. They’ll find their way to the right people. The inverse is not nearly as true
