Got creative today. I  wouldn't call myself a painter I just like creating, playing with colours and being in the moment. It's really calming and relaxing for the Brain. I think there is a special connection between the brain and hands. That's why I live crafts though I would say I'm very pro but it's fun. I like painting hearts as Life flows from there.
