I bought some lemon-ginger cashew nuts, usually really good from a health food store. Shortly after eating a few, I noticed food moths in the glass jar where I store them.

I called the store to ask what to do and they told me: “Throw them away and come in, we’ll refund you.”
I still brought the rest of the product to show my good faith. Once there, the manager said: “We’ll only refund what you bring back.”
I explained the situation and told her that if she didn’t refund the full amount as initially promised, I would no longer shop there. It all took about an hour, I’ll spare you the details but in the end, I got my refund.

Needless to say, I won’t be going back to that store.
