I don't care about tips at all and will likely never use them. I joined because of rewards and mostly keep poasting because of rewards. Giving a dollar to your friends for "creating value" is something only crypto people will find cromulent.

For me, the interests are just a bonus, while the culture and team matter the most. I'm luckily to work in an industry I love (sports), but I just as soon would manufacture stone pavers with my current team - we have the right combination and culture to make any industry fun.

That was the steepest temperature drop I can remember in my time living here! Around 4:30 I was biking up the West Side Highway with friends, showing skin, heated up. We jumped on the 1 to Van Cortlandt and when we got out of the train 30 minutes later it was freezing! Easily a 15-20 degree drop.
