Rather than indexing entire popular collections, The database will store nfts of anyone who adds the app. 

So if you add the app and somebody makes an offer on an item you own, you will get a notification about it.

That's the crucial question which I will find the optimal answer for today.

There's a few approaches I could take...

- Index specific collections, search for ownership within those only. 
- use an API. This might include a bunch of crap I don't actually want to be storing.
- allow people to add collections to the index. For example you don't see your Balogna Boyz NFT So you enter the contract address. From then on, all people who own them will see them in their wallets.
- some combination of the above techniques
